Lego again.
A while ago I built an awesome shogun tower and it was sitting in my shed (we moved house and I hadn't brought it in yet). I went out and unboxed it the other day and a few different creatures called it home so I took it apart and washed the blocks. Then I went about building this out of those peices. I think it looks better than what I had. It took a few days as I had to find my stash of god bits.
Also I like the ninja up on the roof.
